We needed some work in our basement and contacted Quality 1st Basements. This was our first contact with them, never used them before. These workers were absolutely fantastic! The headmaster or (supervisor) was tremendous to his staff and they all communicated and worked very well together! They worked three days to complete this project, most nights until after 8:00 p.m. I thought that was a long day for those workers but we thought so highly of them we provided coffee, water, and lunches for them while they were here. They worked very hard in putting up a water guard, installing an additional sump pump and laying a floor. They also put up plastic. The basement looks wonderful! Everyday they cleaned up the dust from everything before they left. I cannot say enough about how extremely pleased I am! They did a wonderful job! I have already referred them to a friend of mine. The only thing that concerned me was that these workers were here almost 12 hours a day to get this job completed. I did feel bad that they had to work such a long day. I think we have made very good acquaintances with each and every one of them and I want to thank them for their courtesy, kindness and terrific work ethic! The basement looks terrific and I could not be happier!
