I have a slightly bowed basement wall, had someone come out to take a look. Salesman was very professional, not pushy, worked with me. That was the best part of the entire project. I was told it would take a day to install 4 carbon strips. Well, they showed up and installed the strips in 3 hours. Great! Just hardly seems worth 3500.00! Still not understanding why I needed a permit to slap some stuff on a wall when there was no construction done at all??? It’s just glue and 4 strips attached to the wall. No demolition, no drilling, no shaving the wall to make it flat. Just feels as if I’m still going to have to hire an engineer to verify the wall is “sound” when we get a buyer for my home.
