We had an excellent experience with Quality 1st. Kieth the salesperson was well versed on the product. We had felt that one part of their setup and execution was not correct and caused us undue stress. After relaying this to Keith, he went out of his way to make sure we would be happy, and to satisfy our needs.
The installation crew was great, they were fast and efficent. The foreman Wilver was great at his job, he explained everything that would be done and then went right to work at completing the job. We were not able to be there until close to the finish of the job. Wilver made sure that we saw all aspects of the work, by going back down into the crawlspace and sending us a facetime video and a recorded video of the entire finished crawlspace. Needless to say we were and are very happy with Quality 1st Basement Systems and would not heasitate to recommend them to anyone. Dominick & Linda L.
