I was running a little late but the plumber agreed to wait. Gene was very professional and explained each step in the process so I was aware of the charges. The only issue I have is with the initial charge to come out . That price should be waived If actual work is performed. I would understand if I was not getting work done and only needed a diagnostic.. Other than that I will use this service again and would definitely recommend them to friends!
