Gene was extremely knowledgeable about tankless hot water heaters.
We were desperately looking for a plumber as our tankless hot water heater was leaking from an outside valve. I called and Gene was there within 2 hours. While we have to order the part, he was extremely courteous and explained the repair process.
However, we're still waiting for a copy of our paid invoice that we apparently done via email.
