Our garbage disposal was making funny noises and we thought it was dying. We called our plumbing service (this company of course) and Gene arrived within an hour. We suggested maybe a new disposal was needed. Gene inspected and said there's no need, it's still working well. He also checked the pipes and made some good recommendations. Great service and great prtice for his work. We like him a lot, always so friendly and has many suggestions. He also replaced our defective water heater after we found out we could have paid another company much higher price for a lesser reliable heater. Also want to thank the staff for their nice surprise in the mail, thank you so much!
