They were knowledgeable, informative, easy to work with, prompt and honest.
We had a toilet issue and Steve came out to look at it. At first he thought everything was fine, but it wasn't. So he came back out the next day and he was able to do a bit more troubleshooting and ended up discovering the problem and some other problems. In turn it was good, it could have been very costly if they could have went on without being discovered.
