Worked with A Master's Hand, LLC a couple months ago and although they couldn't complete the work they started for me it they are very nice people and I think there was just some miscommunication on my part. I had them come by to check out my fireplace that wasn't lighting and also replace a faulty outlet. They took apart the whole fireplace and then realized that they couldn't do the job so they referred me to another company that helped me out completely. The outlet repair went very well, the pricing was a little high but understandable. Overall good experience with the employees.
