Called their office about 9 AM and 2 technicians arrived by 2:30 PM. Very good communications from their office (the techs were just finishing a job) and from Jesse 15 minutes later that they were about 10 minutes away. Jesse and Ryan were friendly, efficient, explained the best options and completed the work quickly, I would recommend Girard's!
