I had my garage door hardware overhauled in April 2012 by Girard's and I was given a 10 year guarantee. Yesterday 8/13/2015 a pulley popped off and I called Girard's after hours to report my problem and spoke to Tom the service manager who was polite and very helpful and he said they would be out first thing the next day. This morning the technician named Blair arrived and replaced the defective pulley quickly. Blair is the same technician who did the overhaul three years ago. In both visits here he demonstrated the same skill and professionalism. If you need garage door help this is the company to call.
