I was very pleased with the courtesy and service by the owner Jim and the technician, Vince. Although it took several tries to find the right replacement, in the end the job was completed. Not the easiest to replace, could never do it myself, it tried and failed, reason for calling Girard's Garage Doors. Vince is a fine young man and went out of his way to make everything right, even tightened all bolts. Also had a reinforcement bracket installed after Vince explained it's purpose - glad he did. Thanks Vince. Great job!
