I have had John out for numerous plumbing issues. I priced the work from several sources and found Drain Genie to be one of the best prices. They replaced our water heater, fixed a disposal, and got an object out of our toilet. Each time they gave me options to reach a solution to my problem. They would descibe what they would be doing and gave reasons why. They are thorough, clean, fairly priced. I would recommend them to a friend!
