I had a shower problem in my master bedroom, so I called Drain Genie Plumbing to fix it. He was quick to diagnose what the problem was, and he was very careful in fixing it so that it wouldn't cause any extra problems. He was very courteous as well.
He told me he'd be here by noon, and he came even earlier around 10:20 AM. It took him less than 3 minutes to figure out the what the problem was, and took him about 15 minutes total to fix the whole thing. It was my first time using their services, and I had a great experience.
