Drain Genie Plumbing Company came out on two different occasions. The first time was to clear a drain. I thought the price was fair and they were out quickly. John is a really nice guy. I got the feeling he's honest, and that he wasn't trying to charge me for things he could have. The second time, it turned out the blockage he'd cleared was due to a problem down the line that was really the responsibility of the County, but he had to come out again for it. He cleared that one, then recommended that rather than paying him to run a camera down or dig up the pipe, I should have the County come do the work because they would do it for free. He was right, and the County came to do it. He could've easily had more work for himself if he wanted, but was really honest about everything and did us a favor.
