I called Drain Genie Plumbing Services when I was having trouble with my plumbing. I went to them because my friend had recommended them, they were very responsive when I called, and quick to get out to the house and begin working. The workers were very communicative and helpful while they were there and gave us lots of information about what they were working on so we would be aware of all the work that was done. The work itself was done quickly, and we have not had any problems since with the areas they worked on. Overall I have had a good experience using Drain Genie, I will use them again when I find myself in need of more plumbing work done, and would definitely recommend them to friends or family in need of similar services.
