Both the techs that came out were very professional with the work they did, and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. Everything they worked on was fixed and continues to work well, they explained what they were doing as they were working so I could understand what was going on. The pricing was great and the workers from Drain Genie Plumbing really went the extra mile. Overall I have had a great experience using Drain Genie and will definitely be using them if I need another plumber, and will recommend them to anyone in need of a similar service.
