I've called Drain Genie Plumbing Services three times and I've been satisfied each time! The first time I used them, my hot water heater went out and he was here the very next day to replace it. The second time, my faucet was leaking, and he was able to come out during a thunderstorm close to five in the afternoon to fix it. The third time, I had some granite being installed and I also needed the garbage disposal and the faucet to be replaced, but I had an issue with my granite installation which made me reschedule. John came the very next day as rescheduled. As he was leaving I asked how much for a small drip on my outside faucet and John fixed it at no charge. Needless to say, with all these experiences, I know they're very service oriented. Any issues I have, I call John. He is my plumber now!
