I've called on Drain Genie Plumbing Services at least 3 times now and have no intention of stopping. They do an amazing job following up on their initial promises. Each time that I call them, they quote me a time and show up promptly. The owner was running late for one of our appointments once, but he called to let me know he would be 15 minutes behind schedule. I'm used to a company giving you a window in which they might arrive--not calling to apologize for showing up a little late! After showing up, they get the job done quickly and keep you in the loop the entire time. They don't just identify and fix a problem, then hand you a bill. They let you know what issues they see and talk potential prices as they are working so that you never feel blindsided by costs. Drain Genie Plumbing Services is an excellent plumbing company, and I highly recommend them!
