Drain Genie is very professional and honest. We had a back-up in our pipe, and the bathtub and toilet were filling up. It was a tree root, and they were able to free it out of our pipes and save us a lot of money. They came in after hours, which was really nice and helpful. This was my first time using them, and I would use them again.
