We've lived in Sanford for over 10 years. We never found our plumber - until now. Nothing is over this guy's head. Handled a water leak from outside the house. Handled our very complex internal whole house filter - which was way above the intelligence of local plumbers charging twice as much. Courteous, on time, professional, and reasonably priced - he could have gouged us for both of these, but it was a reasonable hourly rate - this is my permanent plumber. Can't recommend highly enough.
