I used Drain Genie when I needed a drain snaked and a faucet on my bathtub replaced and they were great. First off, they are about a third of the cost of their competitors. They came the next day after I placed in a call with them and upon his arrival, the plumber was positive, friendly, and did a great job. He cleaned up after himself and now everything works! I would definitely use them again should another plumbing situation arise.
