Hey, John I wanted to thank you for the quick response to install my new water heater. Your man Carlos was very nice, & represented you, & your company Drain Genie very well, very polite & understanding of our handicapes. He was telling me you have only been Drain Genie for 10 years, I really thought it was much longer then that, seems more like 15 to 16 years ago you, & your wife 1st came to my house for a back up in washing machine.
