Drain Genie Plumbing Services did a great job for me! I had them come out to fix a cartridge in a faucet in the guest shower and replace a pull handle on the faucet that was broken. Everything turned out great! Aaron and a new employee came out. I have always been impressed with Aaron. His knowledge is vast. He works quickly and efficiently. The newer employee seems to have the knowledge he just needs to get his confidence up a bit. When he was working on the piping within the wall he stopped and didn't want to force the pipe and had asked Aaron to finish. Aaron seemed a bit surprised but he stepped in without hesitation and did it. I was impressed with that because it takes a good person to know their limits and not risk breaking something. They were here at the end of the day, most likely their very last call, yet they were both very friendly and accommodating. With my work schedule, I wish their timing slots were a bit shorter so there wasn't as long of a wait time, however, that being said they did schedule me in quickly so I was pleased.
