What a great experience... I called about 1pm and talked to John he was so helpful!! I told him the issue we had water coming threw the ceiling I was in a panic he walked me through how to shut the water down it felt like forever but it really was just a few minutes. Thanks to him I was able to stop the leaky pipe from causing further damage. He then asked me a few questions and gave me prices over the phone from best to worst case. I really appreciate the extra time he spent with me to get my situation under control and then give me prices. I then scheduled and the tech came out with in a few hours. I don't remember his name but he is a asset to that company he took his time and fixed the issue fairly quick. What impressed me the most is that he cleaned up after himself. We live in a older home so we have had many service people in our home and none respected my home left dirt everywhere not this company!! I have to say was supper impressed by this company. I will most definitely recommend them to all my friends and neighbors!

UPDATE: I had this service done a week ago. Had water issue in the same area and called them back and they where just as responsive as the first time. They came out and found out it was my A/C and did not even charge me..I can not say enough about this company you can not find people like this anymore. Thanks again for the great experience.
