Drain Genie Plumbing Services gave me a very reliable and pleasant experience. I found them in the phone book when my water heater broke. I was in desperate need of help since the heater is an essential item in the house. When I spoke to a staff member from Drain Genie, he was very up front with the service prices. I appreciated that because I don't like it when plumbers play guessing games with appliances. He was very honest and willing to help. He did an excellent job putting in a new water heater and even cleaned up after himself. I am originally from New York and usually services like these do not clean up after themselves. Drain Genie made me realize that I appreciate small businesses that really care for their customers.
