I had requested a driver that had driven me a year or two ago, and when I made the appointment, I was told that wouldn't be a problem. Then, with no further word, I got a random driver I had never meet. Don't get me wrong, he was ok. The car was dusty inside, which was a little aggravating. The driver did watch some of our stuff while we went into the concert so it didn't get damaged or stolen.
