I am so livid at the disrespect the receptionist showed my elderly mother. The receptionist yelled at her over the phone accusing my mother of being rude and lying about information about my mother's dogs. If I could I would give this place ZERO stars for their customer service. I feel bad for the doctor and if I was her I'd look into hiring people that would not $@!#% her reputation or business.
