For starters they were willing to work with my home warranty company, which I have not found anyone else in this area who will. Daniel, the technician, was very knowledgeable and had much nicer equipment than technicians I had seen in the past. He quickly identified the root cause of the problem and returned the next morning with the appropriate part to fix the problem. My system is working great now! We are very happy with Hickey's service!
