Installation went smooth and on time. The two men installing were professional and nice. BUT, the unit that was installed came with ZERO product material (except for the instructions for installers). The unit takes a filter unlike the old unit, and installers had ZERO filters, nor did they know the size it requires. We are still waiting for information and filters!
