Poor Communication
The technician showed up and asked to be shown the unit in question. To my knowledge, he didn't ask any questions about the issues we were experiencing. We specifically requested a quote for repairs not service. After some time, the technician presented a bill for his time to inspect the unit in order to provide a quote. His quote was so generic and basic that it would be difficult to imagine any business owner would approve it. The bill was for over $250 and the technician insisted that it be paid right then. The language on the bill clearly indicated that we should have had the opportunity to approve any work that would require being charged. This was a bad experience. I've talked to management already in an effort to provide honest constructive feedback for improvement.
