John is always prompt, courteous, and conscientious. I can always trust him with my generator. I was disappointed to learn that Hickey will no longer be offering a 4 year maintenance agreement at a discount. I hope that Fred will reconsider and re-instate that offer, and that I can continue with that agreement. Thank you.
