During the recent heat wave (Aug 19,2017), our air conditioning condenser went out, meaning we were stuck in our condo in 95+ degree heat. Luckily, we have been Dipple customers since we moved here three years ago and we have a service contract with them for HVAC, plumbing and electrical. Craig came out the next day and attempted to resolve the issue but the unit was almost 10 years old and had been slowly dying, so the extreme heat finally did it in.

We live in a downtown condo that has the condenser units on the 3rd floor rooftop, so a crane was going to be needed to swing the new unit up to the roof and swing the failed unit down to the street. Given that it would be 4-5 days before we could get our unit fixed, Craig took it upon himself to go back to the warehouse and have Franklin come out with two portable 1-ton cooling units so that we would at least be able to stay in our condo versus having to rent a hotel room or stay with friends.

Franklin did a great job of installing the two units and setting up the venting so that our condo stayed cool the entire time. Today, we had the pleasure of having Will and "T" come to our condo and install not only the condenser unit on the rooftop but also the inside air handler that was need to match the new condenser.

They were both very professional, polite, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job getting the new units in place and getting us back up and running in time for us to enjoy our very nice and cooled condo by the end of the day.

I have never had a bad experience with any service Dipple has provided and they always go out of their way to make sure we are satisfied with their work. Thanks again to Craig, Franklin, Will, "T" and all of the other hard workers at Dipple!
