I have been here 3 times every time I have been there I had to wait on Jennifer every time over 30 min. This time I have been waiting over 30 min after they decided that I needed to come in at 1:30 instead of 2:00 it's 2:05 and nobody came to see about me I had to go up there. . Would not recommend this place because apparently your time means nothing to them. And your just a means to make money off of. Find another place that will respect you and appreciate that you had chosen their salon. One of the worst place to go to if you expect, courtesy and respect.
I have used this place 2 times before and this would have been my 3rd. Each time I have come here I had Jennifer she is never on time waited 30 min each time this time after I went to check because nobody checked on me that it would be at least 7 more minutes. They have never checked on me each of my visits I had to go up to them. They have no respect for your time and no true courtesy for you. You are a means for them to make money and nothing else. I would not recommend this place and especially not use Jennifer if you do. they have these signs out to vote for them being a number one salon for FTW Star Telegram. I for one would not vote for them and I truly hope that do not get that, because then it would be false advertising.
