Absolutely awful. Our contractor ordered multiple glass panels for our restaurant build out, including, critically, for the restroom doors. Nothing fancy, just cutting glass panels. He was quoted a pretty quick turnaround. Fast forward months and nothing has been delivered. He is getting vague non-answers about timing. We will be opening the restaurant in less than a week and most likely with glass panels missing throughout. We look like complete amateurs without them and will probably have to rig some kind of cheap curtains over the restrooms when we have gorgeous handcrafted mahogany doors otherwise ready to go. We can’t even complain or get updates directly because our contractor placed the order, so Alamo refuses to deal with the owners. Of all of the difficult tasks completed for this restaurant, Alamo has botched one of the absolute easiest in a way that is damaging to my business. 100% would never deal with them again.
