We had BRIAN out the first time & requested him the second time in Jan. BRIAN is efficient, very pleasant, knows what’s needed & good recommendations. I was prepared with booties & he had them!! We went with his suggestion of a new water softener to help with more problems down the road & it is a good one. BRIAN is a good representative of your company & good people all around.
