Joe himself was on time and VERY pleasant. Hence; 2 stars. He showed up at 12:00 (on time), came in checked out my issue (10 min) went outside turned off the water; grabbed his tools (5 min) came in popped the pin on my tub valve ( I had already removed the trim) he pulled the cartridge out, unwrapped the new one; popped it in and replaced the trim (5 min); went outside turned the water back on and came back in to check his work (5 min) cleaned up his tools and went out to invoiced me. (5 min) In total 30 minutes. $20 part. $219 Dollars!!! Add it up. That's $400 an hour. Joe was nice but not $400 an hour nice!!! He told me it was a Flat Rate set by his boss. Uhg. I don't understand why you have to gouge people. I saw in June of this year you stuck it to a couple of Senior Citizen. I should have read the reviews prior to calling you. So my bad for not doing my research but a big shame on you Meridian Plumbing for taking advantage of people. I won’t be using you again and I'll request my friends don't either.
