Brian just did a removal of our old softener, and installed the new one. The price was the same as previously quoted over the phone (including some additional plumbing). He was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and courteous, and offered to clean up some salt water that had dripped on our garage floor. I would highly recommend Brian and Meridian Plumbing. Note to management: the technicians you send out for installs are everything - keep Brian as long as you can!
