I ran out of propane, and Amerigas, the company that inherited my account after they acquired Cress Gas, wanted to charge me $300.00 for an emergency delivery. I only use about $400.00 of propane a year, if that, for my kitchen range. Since I refused the charge, they said they'd switch me to a high-priority delivery, and I still didn't have propane 4 weeks later. I saw a Walton's truck and wondered if I could switch to them. I gave them a call. They came out the same day I called to inspect the tank and line. I signed an agreement, canceled with Amerigas, and a few days later had a new provider who gave personalized service and didn't mind that I was a small customer. They would also like my oil business, and I am considering switching to them since they were so responsive. I would highly recommend this company.
