Avery, our Service Tech arrived on time. He serviced my oil burner first with a good vacuuming to clean out soot and rust and then gave it an annual tune up. Next he changed the oil filter on the oil tank. Lastly he bleed any air out of the baseboard radiators so water would circulate properly in the heating season.
In addition, he cleaned up the oil burner area well.
I’m very satisfied. He is another good tech with a future.
