GREAT SERVICE
The service was done. I received info about my heater both from the tech and on my bill. I received a follow up call about getting an estimate on a new heater. Having explained that I would be not able to get one till later in the spring the customer rep understood and set up a follow up in the spring. No hard sell just understanding.
