SERVICE & TECHNICIAN - MIKE
We had our yearly service done today with Mike. After Mike was all done, I forgot to ask him to change the filter. So out the door I went, and caught Mike in the van just as he turned the ignition over. I asked Mike if he could please change the filter to put my mind at ease, and without hesitation he did so. Mind you, he was here for 3 hours doing our yearly service and it was 3:45 pm in 85-90 degrees. He could have said no or ignored me but he did not. Mike came back into our home and changed the filter. Walton's has never disappointed us in the 11-12 years we've been customers and today, under the current health crisis, heat and long day,... well, I hope that Mike sees this and knows how truly appreciative I am of him for going that extra mile for us.
