When the service technician arrived for Clyde S Walton Inc. he was very polite and introduced himself. He promptly went down to the basement to service the heater which is why we scheduled the appointment. He cleaned the heater and installed a new filter and left everything neat and tidy when he was finished. He came up from the basement when finished and explained everything to me and was sure to let me know when the next filter change should be done. The whole experience was very pleasant and I appreciate the kindness of this technician. I would not hesitate to refer them to others.
