Tech was very friendly and explained the issue
We lost heat and the company we had been using for the last 3 years was going to make us wait 4 days to come service the heater. So I looked for another company and found Walton online and the reviews were great. I called them and they sent out a tech that very same day. The tech came out was extremely nice and took the time to explain in detail the issue with our heater. I am now switching companies and will be a new customer or Walton’s.
