Dave Henninger was my tech. He arrived on-time, which is always a good way to start, proceeded to inform/confirm the reason he was there and what he was going to do. He performed the warranty service (part replacement) and then the annual system check. During the system check he found a "relay" that was pitted and suggested the replacement, he explained what would happen if the relay failed (system wouldn't work) so I approved the repair (covered by warranty anyway) but I appreciated him telling me what was needed and why.
