Our furnace wasn't giving us heat and in this cold weather we were worried (just moved here from Arizona) we called our landlord and a service technician (Jason) came out. He inspected the unit and knew immediately what needed to be done. Jason was respectful and friendly and a great representative for Walton. He completed his work, explained what we needed to know.
This was a great experience and we are happy to have a company like Walton looking out for us.
