Late yesterday afternoon I called for help with the malfunctioning reset button on my heater. Ed, who answered the phone was most sympathetic and accommodating. He assured me help would be on the way as soon as possible. -and it was! Within a half hour I got a call from Bruce. What a delightful man! What an asset he is to Walton's! He was personable, cheerful (despite the late hour) and explained the problem, tell me the solution and even showed me the new part he was installing as he told me how it worked to solve the problem.
I'm so glad Walton is there for me whenever I need help. Dependable, prompt and totally reliable with wonderful employees. Yea Walton!
