My only complaint was having to wait 6 1/2 hours for a tech to be free to get my furnace running. He spent 2 1/2 hours completing the job and I am now toasty warm. It was frustrating not knowing when he was coming, so I had to sit around the house cold waiting for him to come. He diagnosed and repaired the problem and got the heat on again.
