At 7:40am Sunday November 11, 2018 my heater was not working so I called Walton. The lady who took my info told me a tech would call me back shortly and about 5 minutes later the tech (Jason) called. I described the problem and what I did to try to start the heater. He told me he would be out shortly and that there would be a emergency service fee. He arrived about 45 minutes later, diagnosed the problem and showed me the 2
parts that needed to be replaced and explained why. From start to finish it took him 30 minutes.
I have been a Walton customer for 28 years and this was the first time I needed special service. My oil burner is serviced every year but that does not guarantee it won't break down.
I am extremely happy with Walton's service and competitive oil prices.
