I've been an oil customer for twenty years. I got a price from Walton and 5 other local firms to install central air and, ultimately, chose Walton based on my experience with their excellent service.

There was a bit of a snafu with the install because my house construction required an out of the norm install & unintended consequences arose. But they came through and redid it quite cleverly, and now it is fine.

This is one of the few family firms left. One of the places I interviewed claimed to be a local, family owned company but a quick Google showed they had been bought out a few years ago.
