Chris was all smiles and nice as can be, he replaced the thermostat even though he had trouble putting a new one in whrere the old ten year old was, too many wires in the old one. Instead of guessing he was on the phone to make sure he got the job done right. I have never had trouble with Walton anytime they came for a problem, they are smart, competent and a pleasure to welcome into my home. Found an odor near the thermostat and Chris was right there trying to find it. After he had left found a white bag with medicine for bites and such which I had packed for a woman with a new dog and that was the smell!!!
Anyone of Walton's employees or techs are a pleasure and good worker and I have been with them for over 30 years and glad of it.
